About
About Me
I’m a licensed clinical social worker specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy with adults, teens, and couples. I maintain a private practice in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
With over 22 years of experience as a therapist and a graduate of Temple University’s School of Social Work, I currently work with a select clientele in private practice. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, trauma, intimate relationships, interpersonal communication, and adult ADHD.
I take an interactive, solution-focused approach to therapy. I strive to provide empathy and support while also offering practical feedback to help you effectively address life’s challenges and gain meaningful insight. I draw from a variety of complementary methodologies and techniques to create a highly personalized approach tailored to your unique needs. Depending on your goals, we may explore clinical hypnosis, mindfulness practices, and other tools to support self-regulation and personal growth.
With compassion and understanding, I aim to help you build on your strengths and move toward the growth and healing you’re committed to achieving.
In addition to therapy, I also offer individual clinical supervision to social work students and recent graduates.
