Rates for Therapy
$140.00 for initial evaluation session, 60 minutes.
$140/60 minute sessions, $115 45-50 minute sessions
Additional fees for lengthy documentation requests or cancellations without 24 hours notice.

Important Insurance Details
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please contact me to discuss your health insurance coverage for my services. I will ask you to check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Is this provider in or out of network?
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What are my benefits?
- Do I have a deductible and has it been met?
- What is my copay?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- Is any prior approval required?

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session.
